VisaBid is a marketplace operated by MultiTasker LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States of America. It does not give immigration assistance and is not a party to the agreement between you and the provider you choose.
Because we do business with people in Australia, Australian consumer law applies to us whatever our terms say and wherever we are registered. Nothing in these documents removes a right you have under it, because nothing lawfully could.
They were prepared carefully and with the current law in mind, but they have not been settled by an Australian legal practitioner. If you are relying on them to run a business, have them reviewed. If you are a user relying on them to understand your rights, note that your rights under the Australian Consumer Law exist whatever any document says.
